ONLY AVAILABLE TO TRC MEMBERS AND GUESTS
Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are all provided for you for the special sound bath experience in the Yoga Room at Triangle Rock Club.
Members are free; guests for a fee. Register through RGPro, or on the TRC Class Page.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or anything else to be comfortable while you lay down to receive the vibrational experience.
Afterward, we will have a short, moderated co-regulation sharing time for voluntary discussion and reflection. This helps integrate the experience and ease the transition back into daily life.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, or earlier to enjoy your beverage! Doors close 5 minutes after start time and no entry is allowed.
