Divine Spark Sound Bath (Tuesday 3/26 @ 6:30pm)

This new, 90-minute session is more directly focused on regulating the nervous system, starting with: 

1. A guided meditation to prime the nervous system 
2. The sound bath 
3. A moderated sharing session afterward to aid in nervous system co-regulation. 

The extra 30 minutes allows for a more relaxed container to receive and integrate the healing vibrations. The sound bath portion is a profoundly relaxing experience; involving curated music, quartz crystal bowls, and vocal toning. 

Each attendee will be provided a space that includes a:

• Yoga mat 
• Blanket 
• Pillow for relaxation

You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or anything else to be comfortable while you lay down to receive the vibrational experience.

Afterward, we will have a short, moderated co-regulation sharing time for voluntary discussion and reflection. This helps integrate the experience and ease the transition back into daily life.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors close 5 minutes after start time and no entry is allowed.
