This new, 90-minute session is more directly focused on regulating the nervous system, starting with:
A guided meditation to prime the nervous system
The sound bath
A moderated sharing session afterward to aid in nervous system co-regulation.
The extra 30 minutes allows for a more relaxed container to receive and integrate the healing vibrations. The sound bath portion is a profoundly relaxing experience; involving curated music, quartz crystal bowls, and vocal toning.
