About the event
The sound bath at Coyote Hole Craft Beverages is a profoundly relaxing experience; involving curated music, quartz crystal bowls, and vocal toning.
Each attendee will be provided a space but must bring their own items for relaxation, which could include:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Pillow for relaxation
You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or anything else to be comfortable while you lay down to receive the vibrational experience.
Afterward, we will have a short, moderated co-regulation sharing time for voluntary discussion and reflection. This helps integrate the experience and ease the transition back into daily life.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, or earlier to enjoy your beverage! Doors close 5 minutes after start time and no entry is allowed.
